1849 O? Silver Seated Liberty Quarter- Lowball, Heavily Worn

I am selling what I believe to be a very rare 1849-O seated quarter for sale. The coin in the picture is the coin you will receive. The coin has a heavy amount of wear on both sides, making the date difficult to decipher. The O mintmark on the reverse is clear however, and the larger size of it means 1844 is the earliest this coin could have been struck. I can make out the 3rd digit of the date to be a 4, based on the angled shape that can be seen on the top left, leaving only 1844-O, 1847-O and 1849-O as possible dates with larger O mintmarks. Finally, the last digit appears to have a curved top from what I can see, such as an 8 or a 9 would have, but since 1848-O does not exist, 1849-O would be the only possible date left to deduce. I make no guarantee that this is the rare 1849-O, I would ask that you use the photos and the facts to formulate your own opinion before buying, but I am giving my opinion that it is.
