The rail appears to be new, from old surplus stock. It is not tested. We have multiple available for sale so you may not receive the one photoed but they are all in similar condition.

Shipping is within the US only. If purchasing more than one item, please contact us for a combined shipping rate. We typically ship items 3 days after payment is made. Shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The shipping cost includes insurance.

Returns:

We only accept returns on items that do not work upon receiving them. We do not accept returns because the wrong item was purchased or the buyer has changed their mind. You must let us know within 30 days of receiving the item to receive a refund. The buyer pays return shipping.
