Return and Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please contact us via eBay messaging system if you have any issue with our products. We will get back to you within 24 hours to resolve the issue.
RETURNING/EXCHANGING DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT:
We are happy to give full refund/exchange product if the product was found defective during the 14 days warranty period. If a product is damaged during transit, customer must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product otherwise no claim will be allowed. We strive for providing high quality products to our customers, therefore we will pay for the shipping costs for both ways (return and exchange) in such events.
If a ‘Sold As Is’ item (has special conditions such as sign of wear, etc) were received not as described on our product page (e.g. poorly damaged during transit), customer must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product and we will need to inspect the item if it’s delivered in the condition we described. Claim may be allowed if it’s the carrier fault. No claim will be allowed if the ‘Sold As Is’ item is received just as described.
RETURNING/EXCHANGING PRODUCT BY CHOICE:
If a customer decided to return an item within 14 days for any reason other than the product is defective or damaged, we will be happy to give a refund of the product cost (shipping & handling cost is non-refundable). For products with free shipping offer, the shipping & handling cost we paid will be deducted from the refund. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. As for exchanging a product, customers are responsible for the shipping costs for both ways (return and exchange).
All returned items must be received in their original package, undamaged and packed appropriately for shipping. If item received is damaged as a result of inappropriate packaging from the customer,
NO REFUND/EXCHANGE
will be given.
